We are hiring! Content Procurement Manager
Responsible for the full procurement life cycle, you will provide strategic advice and recommendations to the CAUL Director, the Board and other stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, high volume environment, requiring well-honed analytical skills and an eye for detail for the effective quality assurance and administration of consortium contracts and agreements.
CAUL is the peak leadership organisation for university libraries in Australia. Members are the lead library executive of the institutions that have representation on Universities Australia.
The position, working closely with the CAUL Director and the Board, will lead strategic and tactical content procurement activities that deliver value for money for members and their institutions.
You will be integral to a small, dynamic team which provides administrative, fiduciary and operational support for the development and coordination of CAUL’s strategic agenda and programs. The significance and scale of required skills and experience is reflected in the complexity of the content environment, with content procurement initiatives valued in excess of $400M. Your strong communication, planning, analytical and organisational skills are essential to deliver successful procurement projects and activities.
