This site is mostly open access. 

Exceptions are those documents which are commercial-in-confidence, mostly from publishers/suppliers to CAUL's CEIRC program.  There are some documents related to CAUL's finances and other internal business which are also only available to members. 

Access to members-only content is provided when an individual is registered for this site.  Access is withdrawn when the individual no longer works for a member institution.

Those who have access to this content while they are staff of CAULand CEIRC institutions will not convey this content to anyone who is not currently a member of those same institutions.
