Email Lists

In addition to communities of practice, CAUL provides email discussion lists on specific topics and email lists that support the administration of CAUL’s services. CAUL has established engagement principles for its email lists to ensure these spaces are inclusive, welcoming and safe for all participants

Discussion lists

In addition to communities of practice, CAUL manages email discussion lists on specific topics. While email discussion lists have a specific topic focus and facilitate conversation among Member institution staff, they differ from communities of practice in that they don’t meet regularly or explicitly focus on professional learning.

Council

The Council list is a closed discussion list for CAUL Members.

The CAUL Office manages membership. For membership enquiries, please contact the CAUL Office.

Content Procurement discussion list

The Content Procurement discussion list facilitates discussion amongst CAUL Members, Content Coordinators, and other staff in CAUL Consortium institutions who have a role or interest in the procurement and management of scholarly content.

List membership is open to all interested staff at institutions that participate in the CAUL Consortium.

Administrative lists

Representative roles

CAUL uses email lists to communicate with representatives from Member institutions on matters related to CAUL services. Membership of these lists is restricted to the relevant institutional representatives and is managed by the CAUL Office. These lists include:

  • Content Coordinators

For list membership enquiries, please contact the CAUL Office.

Other email lists

CAUL uses email lists to manage communications with and among committees and working groups. If you are a member of one of these lists and need assistance managing your membership, please contact the CAUL Office
