EMpact Sales and Geological Society of London sign exclusive partnership deal
EMpact Sales (EMpact), publisher representation group of EBSCO Information Services, US, has announced an exclusive agreement with the Geological Society of London. Under the deal, EMpact will provide sales representation for the latter's electronic and print products in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia), Australia and New Zealand. 04 Aug 2010

Lyell Collection upgrade
21 January 2011. The migration of book and journal sites on the Lyell Collection to an upgraded platform has been successfully completed. All sites, with the exception of Petroleum Geoscience (to follow in the spring), are now redesigned and on HighWire Press' H2O platform.
