DUP changes pricing model

To better match the pricing of our international model with that of our U.S. model (based on Carnegie Classifications), we have made a change in the e-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection pricing model for 2011. The new model considers the World Bank Development Income Group Indicator and the highest degree offered in the humanities and social sciences at each institution.* (10/8/10)
