De Gruyter has taken over the Versita publishing group, a service provider to academic organizations and bodies that already publishes over 230 journals in the Open Access business model. Moreover, De Gruyter is acquiring 25 subscription journals currently being published in collaboration with Springer Science + Business Media. (10/1/12)
