President (2009-2013)
Cathrine Harboe-Ree was elected President in 2009, and re-elected in 2011 for a second term. She was previously a member of the Executive Committee from 2003 to 2008.
Deputy President (2008-2012)
Ainslie Dewe, was elected Deputy President in October 2008. She is University Librarian at La Trobe University.
Executive Committee (2010-2012)
Judy Stokker was elected to the Executive Committee in September 2010. She is Director, Library Services at QUT, co-convenes the COSI working group and sits on the steering committee of CAIRSS, CAUL's Australian Institutional Repository Support Service.
Executive Committee (2011-2013)
Graham Black was elected to the Committee in 2011. He is currently convenor of CAUL Learning & Teaching Advisory Commitee, and is Director, CQUniversity Library. He is also a member of the ALIA Board of Directors.
Executive Committee (2011-2013)
Philip G. Kent was elected to the Committee in 2011. He is University Librarian at the University of Melbourne, is a member of the CAIRSS Advisory Committee, and a past member of the CEIRC Advisory Committee.
Executive Officer (from 1995)
Diane Costello was appointed as CAUL's first full-time Executive Officer in May, 1995. Her previous role was the Library's IT Manager at the University of Melbourne where she worked from 1987-1994.
Elections are held each year for at least two members of the Executive Committee. Terms of office are for two years, with members eligible to nominate for a second term in the same role. One member is designated as CAUL treasurer and another represents the Executive on the CEIRC Committee.
