President (2009-2013)
Cathrine Harboe-Ree was elected President in 2009, and re-elected in 2011 for a second term. She was previously a member of the Executive Committee from 2003 to 2008.
Deputy President (2012-2014)
Judy Stokker was elected to the Executive Committee in September 2010, and elected Deputy President in 2012. She is Director, Library Services at QUT, co-convenes the COSI working group and sits on the steering committee of CAIRSS, CAUL's Australian Institutional Repository Support Service.
Executive Committee (2011-2013)
Graham Black was elected to the Committee in 2011. He is currently convenor of CAUL Learning & Teaching Advisory Commitee, and is Director, CQUniversity Library. He is also a member of the ALIA Board of Directors.
Executive Committee (2011-2013)
Philip G. Kent was elected to the Committee in 2011. He is University Librarian at the University of Melbourne, is a member of the CAIRSS Advisory Committee, and a past member of the CEIRC Advisory Committee.
Executive (2012 to 2014)
Margie Jantti was elected to the Executive Committee in September 2012. She is University Librarian at the University of Wollongong, and chairs CAUL's Quality & Assessment Advisory Committee.
Executive Officer (from 1995)
Diane Costello was appointed as CAUL's first full-time Executive Officer in May, 1995. Her previous role was the Library's IT Manager at the University of Melbourne where she worked from 1987-1994.
Elections are held each year for at least two members of the Executive Committee. Terms of office are for two years, with members eligible to nominate for a second term in the same role. One member is designated as CAUL treasurer and another represents the Executive on the CEIRC Committee.
