Registrations received to date.
Please complete one registration form per institution and return it to the CAUL Office. Please fill in each field in column C (the third column, which is currently empty.) Please do not overwrite the column headings in column B.
The registration fee is $250 (incl. GST) per person, and will cover all catering and materials for the day.
Invoices will be sent to the nominated address following the first round of registrations. After February 29, registrations will be transferable, but not refundable.

The Value & Impact Forum 2016 will be held at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), 99 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park, North Ryde, Sydney NSW 2113.

Purchasing a train ticket: at stations, using a ticket vending machine and at station ticket offices. The default Opal fare is applied if you don't tap on or tap off. If you don't have an Opal card, *My Train fares are applicable.
Opal travel cards can be purchased at most newsagents: http://www.retailers.opal.com.au/. You can use an Opal card for travel on busses, trains, ferries and trams in Sydney
There are trains running every 5-10 minutes, for arrival at 9am catch the one at 8:00am. Google maps estimates a 12 minute walk from the station to the venue. The T1 is a direct line to Macquarie University.
